6. Booking, Payments & Refunds

Payments

All bookings must be paid in full unless otherwise stated.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.This includes cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to meet requirements.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be permitted at the sole discretion of Piece Be Steel.

No-Shows

Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

7. Class Requirements

All participants must:Provide a valid government-issued photo IDBe legally eligible to possess and handle a firearm in MarylandComplete all required documentationFollow all instructor safety protocolsFailure to meet these requirements may result in denial of participation without refund.

8. Fingerprinting Requirement

For applicable services, including but not limited to HQL, CCW, and bundled certification courses:Fingerprinting must be completed prior to attending classParticipants are responsible for completing fingerprinting in advanceInstructions and recommended locations may be provided after bookingFailure to complete fingerprinting may result in inability to proceed with training or application steps and will not qualify for a refund.

9. Safety & Conduct

Safety is mandatory at all times.Piece Be Steel reserves the right to remove any participant from training if they:Fail to follow safety instructionsExhibit unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviorDo not comply with instructor directionRemoval will occur without refund.

10. Firearms & Equipment

Firearms and ammunition may be provided for training where applicableParticipants may bring their own firearm unless otherwise instructedAll firearms must be handled in accordance with instructor guidancePiece Be Steel is not responsible for misuse of personal equipment.

11. Certification & Training Completion

Completion of a course does not guarantee:Approval of any license or permit. Issuance of an HQL or CCWAll applications are subject to approval by the appropriate authorities in Maryland.

12. Application Support

For select services:Guidance may be provided for completing applicationsIn some cases, forms may be reviewed or submitted with participants at the end of trainingWhile we aim to ensure accuracy and streamline submission, Piece Be Steel is not responsible for delays, denials, or decisions made by the state.

13. Group Training Policy

For group-based offers (including “Make It a Group” promotions):Minimum participant requirements must be metHost incentives (including “host trains free”) apply only when conditions are satisfiedIf minimum group size is not met, scheduling or pricing may be adjustedAll participants remain subject to these Terms & Conditions.

14. Scheduling & Attendance

Participants must arrive on timeLate arrivals may not be admittedMissed time may result in inability to complete certification requirementsNo refunds will be issued for missed or incomplete sessions.
